Buy a tub of vaseline or petroleum jelly (same thing) from the store, and a few packages of Kool-Aid mix in your favorite flavor. If you want a clear balm with a minty zing to keep your breath fresh, try adding a few drops of peppermint extract instead of Kool-Aid. Mix the two together, and viola.
