at the craft store they have kits that are all natural i have gotten one from Michael's b4 but i cant think of the name
I know that you can use petroleum jelly as a lip balm. This is sold in perhaps every grocery store and pharmacy. You can make it glossy by adding vitamin E from capsules. All you have to do is cut the capsule and mix in the contents with the petroleum jelly.
